Focus of practice

Dr. Lee works across the whole path of a joint problem rather than a single step of it: the first assessment and imaging review, non-surgical treatment, arthroscopic and replacement surgery, and the rehabilitation that follows. Where a patient’s own joint can reasonably be preserved, that is the direction he looks at first, and surgery is discussed when the findings call for it.

His surgical background is in the knee and the shoulder, and his published research is in shoulder surgery. Whether any particular treatment suits a patient is decided after an individual consultation and imaging review, not from a description on a website.

Consultations in English

International patients can speak with Dr. Lee in English directly, with interpretation support available when it helps. If you already have an MRI or X-ray, sending it before you travel lets the first consultation start from your actual imaging rather than from a description of symptoms.

Plan a consultation

Send your imaging for review, or ask the international team how a visit would work.
